Bad News
Tdy the office was pretty quiet. My other two collegues, anisha and muhd both didnt cm to the office. They were asked to go to Suntec to help out in the IT fair, poor things werkin until 9pm summore. Thank god Jim n i were nt choosen.
Was chatting with Maha after lunch wen she tol me a bad news, Periappa passed on earlier in the hospital. He was admitted there since last week if im nt wrg. His cancer had reacted badly and had to be admitted. Periamma had called in to ask mum to come and see him, as he is alreadi having difficulties in breathing, split second he passed on jus as Periamma was tallkin to mum.
Mum rushed to NUH. Thou we all expected his death, we still didnt expect it to be soon. Mum helped them with wateva formalities that had to be done. They were pretty muc still shaken up with the news. Mum also had to coax one of my anna, the eldest child to cm back from India. He had gone there to attend a function, since it was sumwhere in a village, cmin back immediately was sumthing tt's nt easy. The flight back took almost 13hrs.
The Hindus casket's were informed and everything was taken charge. The body was sent back to my periamma's hse. Every of the relatives were informed of the wake.
